Cultivate Kansas City employs six full-time staff year round, as well as seasonal field positions at the Juniper Gardens Training Farm and at the Gibbs Road Farm.

Juniper Gardens Training Farm & Farm Business Development: Our priority with this program is, as much as possible, to hire Northeast Kansas City, KS residents. The seasonal and part-time positions there include field crew and Healthy Eating Educators.
