Seasoned Radishes

Ingredients:
12 good-sized radishes, trimmed
4 teaspoons low-sodium soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon red wine vinegar

Directions:
1. Cut radishes in half lengthwise and put in small bowl.
2. Add soy sauce and vinegar to bowl, toss to mix.
3. Set aside for 20-30 minutes, tossing occasionally.
4. Drain and serve.
