Gazpacho

Ingredients:
2 lbs tomatoes, peeled and deseeded
1 medium onion
2 sweet bell peppers, any color
1 cucumber, peeled
Salt and pepper, to taste
5 cloves garlic
3 stalks celery with leaves, chopped
1 hot pepper, deseeded
2 Tbsp olive oil
Cumin and coriander, to taste

Directions:
1. While prepping veggies, let them sit in a bowl with spices and oil to share flavor.
2. After prep is done, put all veggies into a food processor or blender and puree until desired consistency.
3. Chill. Chill out. Serve.
