Diana Eisman Greenhouse Groundbreaking at Stowe Farm

Cultivate KC and Catholic Charities of Northeast Kansas would like to invite you to the groundbreaking of the Diana Eisman Greenhouse at Stowe Farm, located just across the street from Juniper Gardens Training Farm on Wedneday, September 6th, 4-6 PM.

Construction of the nearly 6000 sqft greenhouse, a cold storage space, and a produce washing and packing stand will begin this fall. The space will increase the productivitiy, efficiency, and growing season of the New Roots farmers and graduates, as well as provide rental space for community farmers to start transplants each spring. 

Join us for the ceremony, with a few words from our partners at C2FO about Diana Eisman, and stay for a walk around Stowe and Juniper Gardens while enjoying a beer or soft drink. Cross your fingers that Dottie will make an appearance too!
