Mobile Volunteer Program
We are looking for volunteers to help grow food in the heart of the city! We’re continuing our Mobile Volunteer Program (or MVP) again this growing season by partnering with nearby urban farms that could use some helping hands.
The Mobile Volunteer Program will rotate weekly between multiple farms and community gardens, mostly in the Midtown Kansas City area. Groups and individuals are encouraged to join our Metro Farms and Food System Program Specialist at these farms to get their hands in the soil and helping grow food while getting to know some of the many amazing urban farmers growing in Kansas City.

If you have a large school, corporate, faith, or friend group looking for volunteer opportunities, please visit our scheduled Volunteer Events to see if any of our scheduled events fit your needs.
