Homegrown Fun at Juniper Gardens Training Farm

Every growing season, we try to hold at least one happy hour at each farm site, and last week was the Homegrown Happy Hour at Juniper Gardens Training Farm, home of the New Roots program! 

It was a fantastic evening filled with new faces, old friends, and returning supporters. The farm was abundant and beautiful, and Zydeco 2 Go set the perfect mood with their music and antics. Folks toured both Juniper Gardens Training Farm and the in-progress Diana Eisman Community Greenhouse. It’s always so great to see so many people out on the farm having a great time and building new community connections.

 A big shout out to our staff who worked hard getting ready and everyone who attended the party – you make our work FUN! And a HUGE THANK YOU goes out to our very good friends at Lulu’s Thai Noodle Shop and Torn Label Brewing for the refreshments. We appreciate all you do for us.
